Returns and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us and for this reason we try to accommodate all return, exchange or refund requests. You are able to return an item within 14 days of receiving it if you are not happy with the quality or condition of the product. It must be returned to us at your cost, and cannot be damaged (wilful or accidental) upon return.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch from our office at no cost to you.Australian Deliveries / Returns.

We will refund products in original sale condition on presentation of the original receipt. Please contact us on 07 3325 0188 or by email mail@hcts.com.au, within 14 days of receipt of your order, to advise of faulty or incorrect item to arrange a replacement or refund prior to posting your return.

Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for change of mind refund. Additional delivery charges will apply for exchanges. Please send your return, including a copy of your receipt and a note with your instructions to:  HealthCare Training Service, PO Box 426, Albany Creek, Qld 4035, Australia.

Damaged products and returns

If any item is damaged upon delivery, please call the Administration Team on 07 3325 0188 or email mail@hcts.com.au to notify us of the situation.  We will cover any loss or damage incurred during transit up to the total cost of the item purchased. We have the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if we reasonably believe that the item has been used or the item being returned was not originally purchased from the website.

Change of mind

Change of mind refers to a request to refund or exchange an item by the customer, for reasons other than a damaged product or the product is not as advertised. We require the products to be returned to us at your expense. Please contact customer service before sending the item so we can assist you with the most appropriate return method. HealthCare Training Service will refund or exchange items if:

  • The item is returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Proof of purchase, i.e. receipt or bank statement is provided.
  • The item is in as new condition. If an item is being returned for refund or exchange and has been used no refund will be provided.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the item as shown on the receipt, excluding postage and handling fees, and will be paid to you via your original payment method. HealthCare Training Service will not pay for additional postage and handling fees occurred to return the item.

HealthCare Training Service reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange an item if the Terms and Conditions outlined in this policy have not been met.

Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order at any time by contacting our Administration Team on 07 3325 0188 or email mail@hcts.com.au.  If the product has already been posted, you may not be refunded the postage amount.

We may cancel your order without any liability to you for the cancellation if the products are no longer available or we reasonably believe that the purchase was placed outside of these Terms and Conditions.

If we cancel your order, we will take all reasonable action to notify you of the cancellation and, if you have not already paid, we will not charge you for the order. If you have paid, we will refund you for the price of the item.
